But before we look ahead, we want to take a moment to say a heartfelt thank you to Megs and Chelsea from &Motion and Queens Quarterly respectively for co-hosting the Loveable Hackathon in our space. There is something genuinely beautiful about watching a room full of women come together, lean into their curiosity, and use AI to build remarkable things. We were honoured to be part of it.

Academy Kick Back & Chill — 15th of July

Finally, September is a massive month for us! We'll be crowning our very own Plato Latte Art King or Queen. Keep your eyes out on our socials for this one.

Our Public Courses

As always, throughout this three-month period we'll be rotating through our five public courses: Home Brewing (Espresso), Home Brewing (Filter), Barista Basics, Sensory Evaluation & Tasting, and Training the Café Barista. There's something for every level, whether you're just starting out or deepening your craft.

Corporate Team Experiences

We also now offer a dedicated monthly slot for corporate teams looking to do something fun and engaging with their team. Just reach out, and we’ll make it happen!
