The Academy by Platō is bringing the world of coffee right to your fingertips with ten short, inspiring courses grouped into three legendary collections: _Aristotle, Platō, and Socrates_ . Each month celebrates one collection, inviting you on a journey into the joy and creativity of coffee making. This month, we proudly introduce The Platō Collection — your gateway to mastering the sacred craft behind your favourite Platō drinks. Choose from Intro to Espresso Basics , Milk Steaming Fundamentals , or the Combined Class (Espresso Basics + Milk Steaming), and let us guide you through the art of creating your perfect Platō cup.
