The Academy

The Academy by Platō – a place that brings the world of coffee closer to you. It is more than just a training space, it represents the next generation of coffee education: a hub to connect, learn, and be inspired. From a world-class barista classroom to guest presentations and workshops across diverse industries, a state-of-the-art boardroom, retail space, and a stunning event venue, the Academy has something for everyone. It equips both professional baristas and coffee-curious individuals with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to craft exceptional coffee in multiple ways. But it’s more than just coffee-making—the Academy is a space for shared learning, creativity, and fun, where people come together to explore, experiment, and connect.

In order to do this, we have created ten short, inspiring courses and grouped them into three legendary collections: Aristotle, Platō, and Socrates . Each month celebrates one collection, inviting you on a journey into the joy and creativity of coffee making. This month, we proudly introduce The Platō Collection — your gateway to mastering the sacred craft behind your favourite Platō drinks. Choose from Intro to Espresso Basics , Milk Steaming Fundamentals , or the Combined Class (Espresso Basics + Milk Steaming), and let us guide you through the art of creating your perfect Platō cup.
