The Academy

We are having the time of our lives here at The Academy. To each and every single person who has walked through the doors, it has been an absolute privilege hosting you in this space! It has been a month full of learning, laughter and growth. We also reflect on our time at Cape Town Furniture week and our time at the SCASA Cup Tasters Nationals Championships and connecting with the broader community and industry leading professionals leaves us in a spirit of gratitude. We cannot wait to see what the rest of the year holds!

The month of March promises to be quite a special one as we host the co-founder of Plato Coffee Franchise, Stephen Bredell, who will share our story, the lessons learnt along the way and how Plato managed to go global without losing its heart and authenticity. Be sure to grab your tickets as the space is limited. We will also host a Barista Basics course, Home brewing workshop and a sensory introductory coffee experience! There is something for everyone as we all enjoy the beautifully complex world of coffee.
