Home Brewing (Espresso) at The Academy by Platō is a practical, hands-on course designed to help you make better coffee at home.
We’ll cover the essentials of espresso extraction and milk steaming, giving you a solid understanding of what to do when the coffee doesn’t taste quite right. The session is relaxed and interactive, with plenty of hands-on practice. You’re welcome to bring your own home espresso setup, and our coffee professional will help you apply what you learn to your equipment.
You’ll leave with practical skills, a clearer understanding of espresso and milk, and a bag of coffee to take home so you can keep practising. We cannot wait to spend some time with you!
