We’re celebrating Valentine’s Day by inviting you on a journey of exploration, excitement, and calm through the world of tea and cake. Yes, you heard right! Platō x Nigiro have curated a unique and immersive tea appreciation experience, thoughtfully paired with a selection of delicious cakes baked by one of our Platō stores.
During this appreciation course, you’ll be guided through the essentials of tea equipment, from teapots to strainers, and learn how to brew the perfect cup of tea. We’ll dive into the origins and health benefits of tea, introduce the different tea categories - from black and green to beyond- and explore the rich and evolving South African tea culture.
You’ll leave feeling inspired, informed, and gently energised. Spaces are limited to just 10 guests, so be sure to secure your ticket early.
